DLF bearing is made of premium quality bearing steel with high-frequency quenched surface to meet or exceed OE quality, endure both radial and axial working load and ensure top performance.

Distinguishing from most of other manufacturers, DLF performs leakage test while driving each water pump assembly running like it works after being installed. While testing leakage, this test method is also able to check the fitting between each component under operating condition and ensure a top performance of each pump.

Each DLF water pump is properly marked with production and packed date to ensure a convenient traceability.

DLF utilizes OE mating parts and accessories on water pumps to verify proper fitment. Component mating, such as pulley, back plate, housing, tensioner, and belts are included in our inspections.

◆ DLF is registered to ISO 9001:2008 & TS16949:2009, and our processes and procedures conform to the standards. Quality is checked at all phases of the manufacturing process including but not limited to receipt of raw materials and components, first-piece, in-process, finished and packaging.

◆ To enable all necessary checks, tests and inspections, we have on site sufficient cutting-edge facilities like pump durability/performance test rig, CMM, spectro meter, laser scanner, formtracer, leakage tester etc.
